Доброе утро
установил Yosemite на стареньком ноутбуке
MacBook Pro 2.2
осталась единственная "заковыка" - видеоконтроллер ATI Radeon X1600 работает впол-силы и обнаруживает только 5Мб видеопамяти
поделитесь kext – ом пожалуйста и подскажите где взять оный?

Скорее всего данная видеокарта в Yosemite не заведется. Не буду утверждать на 100%, но эти видеокарты (X1600, GMA 950 и еще ряд подобных - нативно имеющиеся на старых устройствах apple) были лишены полноценной поддержки в собственных ОС, начиная с 10.9.5 (когда полностью перешли на UEFI64). Возможно, кто-то из народных умельцев и адаптировал, но маловероятно. Можете покопать, например здесь - https://forums.macrumors.com/

Полноценные кексты для Х1600 должны быть под Lion 10.7.5. Плохо, что Lion сама по себе уже не поддерживается, и хотя и вполне работоспособна, работает с кучей ограничений (так например, нельзя пользоваться видео-возможностями скайпа, браузер устаревшей версии и прочее). MLPostFactor вам в помощь, по идее, довольно не плохо будет работать Mauntain Lion (по-моему даже с полной поддержкой видео).
